👏🎉 Cheering is allowed and even encouraged!

In trail running, cheering is an important part of the event atmosphere. Encouragement heard along the course can give runners exactly the extra boost they need on a long journey. A smile, applause, cheering shout, or even a sign along the route can make a runner’s day so much better.

Supporters are warmly welcome to follow the race and help create a great atmosphere at the event. Please remember, however, to cheer safely: give runners enough space to pass, cheer from safe locations, and follow the organizers’ instructions.

Thank you for being part of making the event unforgettable for everyone! 💚
